They were speaking about mental health and FPL, which actually can be a big thing. We should all remember, that yes, FPL can take up time in our lives and we can sometimes between podcasts, blogs and twitter get caught up in all things FPL. We can find that FPL takes up such a significant part of our lives, that it affects our jobs, interactions with family and friends, which is never a good thing.
So, I would like to take this moment and article to reach out to the wider FPL Twitter Community as a whole and state that it is ok. If you find yourself, in the first couple of weeks that FPL is taking up too much of your lives, reach out. Reach out to fellow Twitter Community members, ask for help from a friend and family member and talk it out.
FPL at the end of the day is simply a game and that is it. If you feel that you are not having fun anymore with FPL, then walk away, take some time out from FPL. Walk away for a couple of weeks and come back, it has happened before, I did it myself and it felt so much better.
It was a little article, but I was happy to write it.
